ACTS Community Scholarship
Spring Valley A.C.T.S. offers a 500.00 scholarship every year.
To provide financial assistance to dedicated residents of Spring Valley Village or Township who are furthering their education at any accredited institution of higher learning or trade school.
This scholarship is designed to reward those who have demonstrated a heart for service within our local community.
