Vendor Information

SET UP BEGINS AT 6PM Friday October 3rd, please DO NOT come earlier as it makes it more difficult to get the village ready. Public traffic will still be utilizing the streets until that time.

You should have received and email from Spring Valley Potato Festival with a vendor map and your space number.

Scroll down for the latest alphabetized list of vendors and space numbers. If your space was changed within 24 hours of the festival it may not be reflected here. Please see the info booth on arrival.

Last minute space changes can and sometimes do happen. Email Springvalleypotatofestival@gmail.com up until Friday October 4th. After set up begins at 6 PM check in with the Information booth with other concerns.

• Booth numbers EVEN and under 128 OR ODD and under 99 you should enter the village from the South off of ST RT 725, when unloading there must be a lane for other vendors to be able to get past you so they can unload as well.

• Booth numbers EVEN and higher than 130 OR ODD and higher than 101 you should enter the village from the top of the village from ST RT 42, (where the road transitions to a two-lane road) when unloading there must be a lane for other vendors to be able to get past you so they can unload as well.

• Booth numbers in the 300’s you are located on Vine St, you should enter the village from the top of the village from ST RT 42, and take Walnut street (off to the left as you head down the hill) down to Vine St., when unloading there must be a lane for other vendors to be able to get past you so they can unload as well.
